Player-interest forms may collect a player's name, current age group, email address, optional phone number, playing positions, school and graduation information for older age groups, an optional recruiting or player-video link, and any notes you provide.
Vale Rush United uses this information to review program fit, coordinate evaluations, respond to your submission, and communicate about relevant boys or girls program opportunities.
Submissions are available only to authorized Vale Rush United staff and the service providers used to operate and securely manage the website and its forms. We do not sell information submitted through the site.
We retain submissions only as long as reasonably necessary for player-interest and program follow-up. A parent, guardian, or player may request that submitted information be corrected or deleted by contacting the appropriate program director.
